Staffing Executive

We are on the lookout for a Staffing Executive to help us carry out the operating processes of the department.

The ideal candidate is an experienced IT Recruiter who wants to step on the other side of the staffing process, facing clients to introduce candidates and help sales close deals by filling open positions.

This position does not include neither sourcing candidates nor recruiting interviews. Our Recruiting team is in charge of feeding approved and vetted candidates. The Staffing Executive role will help to maintain the interfaces of communication between Sales and Recruiting, giving the right information and ensuring the process quality.

Main responsibilities:

- Contact available candidates to share Job Openings.
- Make job offers.
- Introduce candidates to clients.
- Set up Interviews between candidates and clients.
- Join the interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up on the vetting process proposed by clients.
- Give feedback to Sales, Recruiting, and PMO about the openings in progress.
- Job Openings quality assurance.
- Help Recruiting understand client needs.
- Help other areas carry out the onboarding process.
- Maintain the status of the Job Openings up to date.
- Review and maintain the list of published Job Posts.

Main Requirements:

- Experience sourcing software developers and engineers.
- Advanced English skills. Ability to conduct video/phone calls.
- Well-organized. Capable of managing several in-progress candidates at the same time.
- Social and soft skills.

- Candidate pipeline management experience.

Commitment:
