Ref 456 - Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

The role:
They are looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails developer, able to work independently as well as in a team, who wants to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment and looking for an opportunity to thrive in a collaborative atmosphere that values learning, growth, and hard work.

Location:
Work remotely from anywhere in Latin America.

Required skills:
● Good experience with React
● 4+ years of professional experience developing with Ruby on Rails
● Good knowledge of Postgres, GraphQL.

Responsibilities
● You will have to collaborate with design and product management to conceptualize new product features from the ground up
● You will have to contribute to their technical roadmap of ongoing improvements, enhancements and updates
● You will have to participate in code reviews, listening to feedback and commenting on other approaches
● You will have to help solve debugging, testability, and deployability problems
● Improve stability and consistency of existing and new backend & frontend code

Availability: Full-time (40 hours weekly)

Duration: Long term
