Location: 100% Remote

Our Client, a software development firm from Boston, is looking for a QA Analyst.

The Role:
As a QA Analyst, you will work with the product owner, business analyst and the development team to understand the user specifications and to develop test suites and automated test cases that can be used to ensure that the application works per specifications and the acceptance criteria.

Location:
Work remotely from anywhere in Latin America.

Required Skills:
● 2+ years of developing functional tests/acceptance tests and test suites in a platform like Azure DevOps
● 2+ years of developing automated unit tests and using automation tools like Selenium, Junit etc. 
● Log
● To understand business logic, workflow diagrams that describe the system.
● Write clear and succinct user stories, acceptance test cases, bugs in a platform like Azure DevOps
● Understanding of relational databases, data modelling, data structures and SQL Scripting (SQL, MYSQL, Oracle)
● Functional/Exploratory and Automated testing 
● Azure DevOps pipelines
● Configuring a Drupal portal
● Reporting Tools (SSRS, Power BI etc)
● ServiceNow 
● Familiarity With the Following Would Be a Plus
● Data modelling, data structures and architecture
● ETL development and business intelligence tools, techniques and technology
● Experience in analytics, business analysis or comparable consumer analytics solutions; experience developing complex reports
● Fluent level of English is a must!

Key Deliverables:
● Developing functional tests or automated tests and developing test suites in a platform like Azure DevOps
● Enhance and maintain the RAM test suite for the RAM platform
● Preparing test data for test runs
● Integrate the test suite with Azure DevOps pipelines so that they can be repeatedly run
● Perform load/stress testing and work with the dev team to improve system performance
● Run tests after data migration initiatives.
● Carry out exploratory testing/investigative testing alongside users/super users
● Co-ordinate user acceptance test workshops and consolidate feedback and issues that need to be addressed. 
● Logs and follows-up on bugs/issues as tickets in Azure DevOps  

Availability: Full-time (40 hours weekly)
