  • Learn More Interview

    One of our recruiters conducts an interview to understand the candidate's profile, preferences regarding tech stack and type of projects they would like to work on, background, and technologies they are strong with.

  • English Assessment

    One of our recruiters assesses the applicant’s English language communication skills.

  • Technical Interview *

    We conduct a 1-hour interview to ask technical questions about the candidate’s preferred tech stack and include a 10-minute live coding test to assess problem-solving, communication, and how they handle coding challenges.

  • Coding Challenge *

    The candidate completes a coding challenge within 8-hour, and our team evaluates both technical and soft skills like planning, time management, and final delivery.
