After the vetting process, we’ll present to you the shortlisted candidates. You can review these profiles and conduct additional interviews, if necessary, to make sure they are the best fit for your team.

Onboarding

We ensure a smooth onboarding process for the selected candidate setting up necessary communication channels, provide access to project management tools, and arrange any required training or resources.

When the project is completed, or the contract ends, our Service Delivery team facilitates the offboarding process.

They ensure proper knowledge transfer between the augmented professional and 
 the client's team, resolve any pending tasks 
 or issues, and have close access to tools

 and completion of the staff augmentation process.

The Buy-Out option

The Buy-Out option

An alternative available for you after engaging in a Staff Augmentation service with Coorva, and later decide to hire the augmented professional directly as a full-time employee. 

This option will be available after a minimum of 3 months of working with the professional through the Staff Augmentation model. 

You will have flexibility and the opportunity to evaluate the professional's performance, skills, and cultural fit within your organization before making a long-term commitment. 

*There is no additional guarantee period for the buy-out option, provided the client has worked with the professional for at least 3 months.
